Implementation of Payroll and Human Resources subsystems has been completed in Global Credit UCO
In July 2016 implementation of AS-Enterprise system’s Payroll and Human Resources subsystems in Global Credit UCO was completed.
Implementation of subsystems will enable to automate company payroll calculation, human resources internal processes and receiving reports.
Payroll and Human Resources subsystem will enable to:
- Manage employee data
- Calculate wages and taxes withheld from the wages
- Receive internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
- Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
- Create and run company positions list
- Track and save employees work history
- Create employees vacation schedule
- Keep the confidentiality of human recourses data
- Receive human resources reports
