Armsoft and Veolia Djur companies signed a contract of implementing AS-Enterprise system’s Vehicle Management and Orders subsystems in March 2018.
Veolia Djur uses AS-Enterprise system since 2017. Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventory Holdings, Human Resources and Payroll subsystems are already implemented in the company.
Implementation of the new subsystems and their integration with AS-Enterprise system will enable to automate company’s internal processes related to vehicle management.
Vehicle Management and Orders subsystems will enable Veolia Djur company to:
- Register information about company’s vehicles and drivers
- Keep fuel quantity accounting according to vehicles and drivers, by recording fuel refill, acceptance and consumption
- Write off a predefined amount of fuel equal to the amount of normal consumption on the basis of daily or summary waybills and get information about fuel overrun or savings
- Keep accounting of planned repairs of vehicles, controlling material expenditures and works done
- Register period and total mileages of vehicles according to waybills and repairs
- Do maintenance analysis comparing actual repairs and mileages to planned repairs and mileages
- Analyze warehouse’s and manufactory’s demand towards goods, finished products and raw materials
- Analyse company’s internal subdivisions’ demand for inventory holdings
- Create internal orders
- Plan procurement based on internal orders
- Plan procurement taking into account forecasted amount of warehouse supplies and existence of inventory holdings in warehouses
- Create orders to suppliers and track shipments
- Make optimal choice of suppliers based on purchase history, order fulfillment duration, location and other indicators
- Create shipping and payment schedules
