Armsoft and Agrosia companies signed a contract of AS-Sales Management system implementation in April 2018.
Agrosia company was founded in 2017. The company is Davidoff cigar distributor, is engaged in the wholesale and retail sale of cigarettes, cigar accessories and drinks.
AS-Sales Management 7 system enables to focus on company key customers, analyze all sales, estimate customers’ future demands and plan activities accordingly.
The system will enable Agrosia company to:
- Develop sales agents’ daily routes according to shops
- Register orders from shops and transfer them online to the office
- Organize and document sales, delivery and payments
- Use the system’s flexible capabilities to form discount schemes according to the types of products, shops and pricelists
- Supervise customers’ debts and their permissible limits
- Make mutual data exchange with the office
- Receive analytical reports according to shops, registration and fulfillment of orders, visits, sales and deliveries
- Supervise agents’ actual and planned visits on the map via GPS
