Armsoft and Aran companies signed a contract of AS-Sales Management system implementation in November 2018.

   Aran Company was founded in 2016 and is a representative company dealing with imports, exports and marketing of various organizations, sales organization and supply. The company is the official representative of Crown Chemical Company in Armenia.

   The system will enable Aran company to: 

• Develop sales agents’ daily routes according to shops
• Register orders from shops and transfer them online to the office
• Organize and document sales, delivery and payments
• Use the system’s flexible capabilities to form discount schemes according to the types of products, shops and pricelists
• Supervise customers’ debts and their permissible limits
• Make mutual data exchange with the office
• Receive analytical reports according to shops, registration and fulfillment of orders, visits, sales and deliveries
• Supervise agents’ actual and planned visits on the map via GPS
