Armsoft and Ashot Ohanyan companies signed a contract of AS-Sales Management system implementation in November 2018.
Ashot Ohanyan Company was founded in 2015. The company is engaged in mobile trade and is the representative of Armenia WINE company in the Artsakh Republic. The company is represented in the market by varieties of wines, local and imported vodka and champagne.
The system will enable Ashot Ohanyan company to:
- Develop sales agents’ daily routes according to shops
- Register orders from shops and transfer them online to the office
- Organize and document sales, delivery and payments
- Use the system’s flexible capabilities to form discount schemes according to the types of products, shops and pricelists
- Supervise customers’ debts and their permissible limits
- Make mutual data exchange with the office
- Receive analytical reports according to shops, registration and fulfillment of orders, visits, sales and deliveries
- Supervise agents’ actual and planned visits on the map via GPS
