Armsoft and Noyan Tapan companies signed a contract of AS-Sales Management system implementation in February 2019.
Noyan Tapan Company was found in 1994. Throughout these years the company has gained the reputation of a trustworthy company and has reached significant results becoming one of the biggest suppliers of stationary and books in Armenian market. Noyan Tapan offers around 9000 types of stationary products and more than 30 000 different books in our shops.
The system will enable Noyan Tapan company to:
- Develop sales agents’ daily routes according to shops
- Register orders from shops and transfer them online to the office
- Organize and document sales, delivery and payments
- Use the system’s flexible capabilities to form discount schemes according to the types of products, shops and pricelists
- Supervise customers’ debts and their permissible limits
- Make mutual data exchange with the office
- Receive analytical reports according to shops, registration and fulfillment of orders, visits, sales and deliveries
- Supervise agents’ actual and planned visits on the map via GPS
