Armsoft and Hamovik companies signed a contract of AS-Sales Management system implementation in February 2019.
Hamovik Company was founded in 2009. The company is engaged in confectionery production and in the last year also producing cold coffee and tea.
The system will enable Hamovik company to:
- Develop sales agents’ daily routes according to shops
- Register orders from shops and transfer them online to the office
- Organize and document sales, delivery and payments
- Use the system’s flexible capabilities to form discount schemes according to the types of products, shops and pricelists
- Supervise customers’ debts and their permissible limits
- Make mutual data exchange with the office
- Receive analytical reports according to shops, registration and fulfillment of orders, visits, sales and deliveries
- Supervise agents’ actual and planned visits on the map via GPS
