Armsoft and Hin Areni companies signed a contract of AS-Sales Management system implementation in March 2019.

   Hin Areni company was founded in 2013, engaged in the production and sale of wine. At winery there are combined historic traditions of winemaking with state-of-the-art modern equipment. A renowned winery design expert from Argentina – Mario Japaz, has designed the winery. All the equipment of the factory is modern and imported from Italy and France. The winery has the capacity to process over 250 tonnes of grapes.

   The system will enable Hin Areni company to: 

• Develop sales agents’ daily routes according to shops
• Register orders from shops and transfer them online to the office
• Organize and document sales, delivery and payments
• Use the system’s flexible capabilities to form discount schemes according to the types of products, shops and pricelists
• Supervise customers’ debts and their permissible limits
• Make mutual data exchange with the office
• Receive analytical reports according to shops, registration and fulfillment of orders, visits, sales and deliveries
• Supervise agents’ actual and planned visits on the map via GPS
