Armsoft and Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system implementation in July 2019. The following subsystems of AS-Enterprise system multi-branch version will be implemented:

• Accounting
• Fixed Assets
• Inventory Holdings
• Payroll
• Human Recourses

   Approximately 6360 students are studying in 7 faculties at Yerevan State Medical University. 1184 of them are international students. Practical teaching and research activities are organized in more than 100 departments, leading clinical bases and research centers in Yerevan. 
Faculty of YSMU consists of more than 1100 professors, 171 of whom are doctors of sciences, 504 - candidates of science. 7 academicians of the RA NAS perform scientific and pedagogical work at the University. This powerful scientific potential has a serious role in the development of medicine and related sciences in Armenia.
   More than 31.000 students graduated YSMU since the day of establishment.   

   Implementation of AS-Enterprise system will enable the company to receive various analytical reports. The system is based on common database, which will enable to provide interconnected work of different subdivisions and accelerate business processes.

   AS-Enterprise system will enable Yerevan State Medical University to:

• Manage employee data
• Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
• Receive internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
• Keep financial and tax accounting according to international standards
• Make multilateral financial analysis
• Receive financial and tax reports
• Modify reports and printing forms
• Control contractual obligations, debtor and creditor debts, analyze overdue debts
• Get full audit of transactions
• Recording and tracking students’ tuitions
