Armsoft and Grant Thornton Consulting companies signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system implementation in August 2019. The following subsystems of AS-Enterprise system will be implemented:

• Accounting
• Fixed Assets

   Grant Thornton Consulting provides professional advice to large companies, government agencies, public and private sector organizations, national and commercial banks in Armenia and the region. The company also cooperates with International Financial Institutions (IFIs), including the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, EBRD, European Commission, UN agencies, German Development Bank (KfW) and others. The consulting services offered include business consulting services that aim to improve the performance and effectiveness of companies. Professional solutions include the following areas: finance management, productivity enhancement, technical strategy and management, change and program management, feasibility studies; strategic and business planning, human capital, etc. The company also provides specialized assistance in enterprise restructuring, including business process restructuring, introduces new business strategies, and design new capital structures.

   Implementation of AS-Enterprise system will enable the company to receive various analytical reports. The system is based on common database, which will enable to provide interconnected work of different subdivisions and accelerate business processes.

   AS-Enterprise system will enable Grant Thornton Consulting Company to:

• Integration of bank documents with AS-InternetBank and AS-ClientBank systems
• Buyers’ accounting according to contracts, invoices and payment schedule
• Suppliers’ accounting according to contracts, invoices and payment schedule
• Other debtors/creditors accounting
• Multilateral financial analysis
• Prepare financial and tax reports
• Full audit of transactions
• Catalogue accounting of fixed assets
• Registration of all transactions with fixed assets from acquisition to liquidation
• Calculation of short-life items
• Accounting of capital and current repairs
• Revaluation of fixed assets, accounting of additional expenses, inventory
