Armsoft and Premium Machinery AM companies signed a contract in September 2019. The following subsystems of AS-Enterprise system will be implemented:
- Accounting
- Fixed Assets
- Inventory holdings
- Vehicle Management
System implementation will enable to receive various analytical reports. The system is based on common database, which will enable to provide interconnected work of different subdivisions and accelerate business processes.
AS-Enterprise system will enable Premium Machinery AM company to:
- Keep financial and tax accounting according to international standards
- Make multilateral financial analysis
- Receive financial and tax reports
- Modify reports and printing forms
- Get full audit of transactions
- Keep accounting of inventory holdings in warehouses
- Make revaluation of inventory holdings, keep accounting of additional expenses, make inventory of supplies
- Register information about company’s vehicles and drivers
- Keep fuel quantity accounting according to vehicles and drivers, by recording fuel refill, acceptance and consumption
- Write off a predefined amount of fuel equal to the amount of normal consumption on the basis of daily or summary waybills and get information about fuel overrun or savings
- Keep accounting of planned repairs of vehicles, controlling material expenditures and works done
- Register period and total mileages of vehicles according to waybills and repairs
- Do maintenance analysis comparing actual repairs and mileages to planned repairs and mileages
