Implementation of AS-Payroll and Human Resources subsystems in Onira Club company has been completed
In October, 2015 implementation of AS-Enterprise system’s Payroll and Human Resourses
subsystems was completed in Onira Club company.
Implementation of subsystems will enable to automate payroll calculation, human resources internal processes and receiving reports.
AS-Enterprise Payroll and Human Recourses subsystems provide the following main functions:
- Employee data management
- Wage calculation and calculation of taxes withheld from wages
- Receiving internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
- Personnel orders management (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and changing transfer orders
- Creating and running company positions list
- Tracking employees work history
- Creating employees vacation schedules
- Confidentiality of human resources data
- Automation of human resources reports
