In December 2015 Armsoft and Armenian missionary association of America Armenia branch signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system’s Payroll and Human Resources subsystems’ implementation.

   Implementation of subsystems will enable to automate company payroll calculation, human resources internal processes and receiving reports.

   Payroll and Human Resources subsystems provide the following main functions:

• Employee data management
• Wage calculation and accounting of taxes withheld from wages
• Receiving internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
• Personnel orders management (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and changing financial orders
• Creating and running company positions list
• Tracking and saving employees work history
• Creating employees vacation schedule
• Confidentiality of human recourses data
• Automation of human resources reports
