Implementation of AS-Payroll and Human Resources subsystem in Armenian Missionary Association of America Armenia branch has been completed
In January 2016 implementation of AS-Payroll and Human Resources subsystem in Armenian Missionary Association of America Armenia branch was completed.
Implementation of subsystems will enable to automate company payroll calculation, human resources internal processes and receiving reports.
AS-Payroll and Human Resources subsystem will enable to:
- Manage employee data
- Calculate wages and taxes withheld from wages
- Receive internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
- Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change financial orders
- Create and run company positions list
- Track and save employees work history
- Create employees vacation schedule
- Keep confidentiality of human recourses data
- Automate human resources reports
