In May, 2015 implementation of AS-Enterprise system’s Human Resourses and Payroll subsystems in State Pedagogical University after Kh. Abovyan was completed.

Implementation of subsystems will enable to automate payroll calculation, human resources internal processes and receiving reports.

AS-Enterprise Payroll and Human Recourses subsystems provide the following main functions:

• Employee data management
• Wage calculation and calculation of taxes withheld from wages
• Receiving internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
• Personnel orders management (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and changing transfer orders
• Creating and running company positions list
• Tracking employees work history
• Creating employees vacation schedule
• Confidentiality of human resources data
• Automation of human resources reports
