Implementation of Payroll and Human Resources subsystem in Contract with CARD AgroCredit UCO has been completed
In December 2014 implementation of AS-Enterprise system’s Payroll and Human Resources subsystem in Contract with CARD AgroCredit UCO was completed.
Implementation of subsystem will enable to automate company payroll calculation, human resources internal processes and receiving reports.
AS-Enterprise Payroll and Human Resources subsystem provide the following main functions
- Employee data management
- Wage calculation and calculation of taxes withheld from wages
- Receiving internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
- Personnel orders management (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and changing financial orders
- Creating and running company positions list
- Tracking and saving employees work history
- Creating employees vacation schedule
- Confidentiality of human recourses data
- Automation of human resources reports
