- Buyers’ map
Currently Armsoft collects and mapps data of buyers (shops, companies) of Armenia. Data of 12150 buyers has been collected already. You can view the buyers and their data directly on the map. You can also add or correct buyer’s data.
The data has been imported to AS-B2B Online Orders and is available for suppliers registered in the platform.
- Unified product-lists
Suppliers can publish their product-lists. Buyers can see the products offered by each supplier and also download the product-lists and import them into their AS systems.
- Orders: Creating, sending, import
Buyers can create a package of Orders for selected products in their AS systems or in patver.armsoft.am web site. The products can belong to different suppliers. Nevertheless, the systems can identify the suppliers thanks to integration with b2b.armsoft and create individual Orders for each supplier containing the products that belong to them. Suppliers can automatically import the orders into their systems, as the documents contain their product-codes.
- Invoices: Creating, sending, import
Buyers have problems with automatic import of received products into their systems. This is because buyers and suppliers may use different codes to denote the same products in their systems. It is impossible to identify the products by the names either, as they can be edited frequently.
b2b.armsoft.am offers an excellent solution to this problem.
Invoice document has a unified format now in all AS systems. Unlike the Invoices , for example, sent via eInvoicing, Invoices created in AS systems include some additional important data necessary for managing internal business-processes – product codes, information about discounts if they were applied, etc. . An additional feature has been added to the systems which enables to send Invoices to partners with just one click. Thanks to the new format of Invoices and Unified product-lists the products can now be identified by AS systems of the parties that receive Invoices and so the Invoices can be automatically imported into their systems.
- Partners’ data autofill
Data of all the companies and private entrepreneurs have been inputted into b2b.armsoft.am. This gives another significant advantage to users of AS systems. It is now enough to enter just partner’s name or Taxpayers Identification Number in partner’s card and the rest of the data will be auto-filled from b2b portal. Thus, the users freed from possible mistakes and time-consuming work of manual data entry and verification.
- AS-B2B Online Orders
AS-B2B Online Orders is a web-site developed by Armsoft that provides suppliers and buyers (shops, companies, individuals) with direct interconnection and higher work efficiency.
The buyers place their orders to AS-B2B Online Orders platform, at the time and from the place of their convenience. The suppliers do not need to send their sales managers to buyers to collect orders any more. They receive the orders placed in AS- B2B Online Orders platform directly in their AS-Sales Management 6 system.

Buyers can assign products the minimal quantities they want to have in stock in their AS systems. They can see the products that have reached the minimal quantity or are close to it in a special report. They can edit the product list if necessary and create package of Orders for all the selected products. The products can belong to different suppliers. Nevertheless, the systems can identify the suppliers thanks to integration with b2b.armsoft and create individual Orders for each supplier containing the products that belong to them. patver.armsoft.am web site. Suppliers can automatically import the orders into their systems, as the documents contain their product-codes.
Further development
We will keep on adding new features to b2b.armsoft.am. We will go on analyzing the problems buyers and suppliers are facing in business relations and adding new tools to create even more integrated and comfortable working environment for them.
The next addition will be the possibility to make factoring payments for products bought via the Platform. E-commerce, integration with internet banking which will make it possibility to make immediate payments for the transactions will be added in future.
