To order products, buyers ask several suppliers for price quotations and after selecting a supplier, place their orders via phone-calls, e-mail or other means. b2b.armsoft platform automates time-consuming work of sending orders to selected suppliers. Buyers can create orders for selected products from their AS-systems with just one click. Buyers can assign products the minimal quantities they want to have in stock in their AS systems. They can see the products that have reached the minimal quantity or are close to it in a special report. They can edit the product list if necessary and create package of Orders for all the selected products. The products can belong to different suppliers. Nevertheless, the systems can identify the suppliers thanks to integration with b2b.armsoft and create individual Orders for each supplier containing the products that they sell. Buyers who do not have AS systems can create and send Orders via patver.armsoft.am web site. Buyers often have difficulties managing orders given to suppliers, cash payments and debts. They spend lots of time clarifying this information with suppliers’ sales agents. Patver application was created to make supplier-buyer relationships controllable and effective. Buyers can manage their orders via app and get real-time information about placed orders, deliveries, payments, returns, received deposits of goods/containers. They can see detailed information about ordered, received, returned products and discounts and gifts offered for their orders. Only information of suppliers using AS-Sales Management system is available in Patver application.
