In June 2014 Armenian Software and X-Art Company signed a contract. According to the contract Customer relationship management - CRM system will be implemented.

CRM system will provide automation of complete orders chain in X-Art company - registration of pre-orders, development and presentation of sales offers to the customer, customization of sales offers based on further negotiations, development and presentation of quote and signing the contract.

Integration with AS-Accountant 6 system will provide internal units with access to necessary data kept in accounting system. For example, view product availability during sales offer development, complete view of financial relationship with the customer, etc.

Implemented functionality will help to significantly increase efficiency of work with customers. System analytic capabilities will provide complete insight into company, will enable to receive various analysis and reports and streamline business management.
