In February, 2015 Armsoft and Zangezour Copper-Molybdenum Combine companies signed a contract of CRM system implementation.
CRM system will provide full automation of tracking cutomers’ invoices and management of planned and made payments to suppliers.
Integration of CRM system with gateways providing raw materials’ prices and exchange rates make it a comprehensive tool for invoice management. This allows to replace all the other systems used previously for invoice management with CRM system and to switch to a more convinient and efficient working style.
Implementation of the system will help to significantly increase efficiency of work with customers and suppliers. Analytical capabilities of the system will provide deep insight into company, will enable to receive various analyses and reports and streamline business management.
