Contract with Jermuk International Pepsi-Cola Bottler Company
In January 2014 ArmSoft and Jermuk International Pepsi-Cola Bottler LLC signed a contract. According to the contract AS-Sales Management system will be implemented in Jermuk International Pepsi-Cola Bottler Company by which sales of company’s 17 distributors in regions will be automated.
Sales Management enables to focus on company key customers,analyze all sales,estimate buyers’future demands and base company’s activity plan on them.
Sales Management system provides the following functions:
- Development of sales agent daily routines according to points of sales
- Registration of orders from points of sales and their online transfer to the office
- Organization and documentation of sales, delivery and payment
- Flexible description of discounts according to the type of products, point of sales and pricelists
- Supervision of buyers’debts and their permissible limits
- Mutual data exchange with the office
- Receiving analytical reports according to point of sale, registration and fulfillment of orders, visits, sales and deliveries
- Supervision of agents’ actual and planned visits on the map via global positioning system (GPS) navigation systems.
